About Our Eye Specialists
Gandy Eye Care was opened in Rayville, LA in 1994 by Dr. Jimmy and Stacy Gandy. They are both long time residents of Northeast Louisiana, grew up in the Mangham area of south Richland Parish.
Dr. Jimmy Gandy graduated from Mangham High School, attended LA Tech University and ULM (University of Louisiana Monroe) earning a Zoology degree, and obtained his Doctorate of Optometry in 1992 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
Dr. Stacy graduated from Riverfield Academy, attended ULM, and also obtained her Doctorate of Optometry in 1992 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
Dr. Willard Marionneaux, Jr. is a United States Army Veteran, and has been practicing optometry in NELA for many years. He attended Winnsboro High School, ULM (University of Louisiana Monroe), and obtained his Bachelor's Degree and Doctorate of Optometry in 1969 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
